Booking Holdings-owned travel platform Agoda is expanding into wholesale distribution with the launch of a new hotel solution called Beds Network.
The network will leverage Booking Holdings’ connection to more than 10,000 affiliate partners across markets and verticals including airlines, offline travel agencies and credit card companies with the aim of helping partner properties distribute their wholesale rates more efficiently.
Key benefits to Agoda Beds Network partners include flexible revenue management, with the ability to change revenue planning on pricing and availability as necessary; less bureaucracy, saving time and money if partners already sell room via Agoda; expansive distribution across global markets; and better synergy between business-to-business and business-to-consumer accommodation partners’ in-house teams.
“For Agoda Beds Network, our hotel partners have full control, including the flexibility to set and change the price that they wish to sell their rooms at. This could include their wholesale or B2B rates if they choose to do so. There are no additional contracts required (if already an Agoda partner), and during these volatile times, hotels have the freedom to modify their revenue and inventory planning as and when they need,” says Liyana Jamil, Beds Network associate vice president.
“Agoda’s Bed Networks is launching at a crucial time, travel begins its recovery but continues to be volatile, with markets opening globally but each at a different pace.”

Beds Network has launched in 20 markets across Asia, Europe and the Middle East and will expand globally in 2022.
When asked if the program will extend to additional Booking Holdings brands, Jamil says: “Beds Network is an Agoda initiative, and we always look for ways to work closely with our sister brands to maximize efficiencies, share inventory, learnings and practices. In this instance, Agoda Beds Network will leverage Booking Holdings’ brands including Booking.com’s network of partners to distribute the rates we get from hotels.”
Singapore-based Agoda has a network of 2.9 million hotels and holiday properties around the globe, and also offers flights and airport transfers.
