Guesty, a comprehensive
platform of software products for short-term rentals, has acquired StaySense, which
provides marketing and distribution solutions for property managers.
Terms of the acquisition
have not been disclosed.
Guesty raised $170
million in Series E funding last August, and the acquisition of StaySense
is its fourth since that time – following acquisitions of YieldPlanet,
Kigo
and HiRUM.
Nashville-based StaySense says
it provides a suite of software for marketing and distribution to help
hospitality managers compete with national listing sites and global brands.

David Angotti, StaySense’s
founder, will join the Guesty team.
