Vervotech, a travel industry technology and data services provider, has been acquired by Juniper Group, part of Canada-based Constellation Software, for undisclosed terms.
According to a statement from Spain-based Juniper, the acquisition “complements [its] powerful booking engine, setting the stage for a synergistic collaboration that aims to revolutionize the industry.”
In turn, Vervotech, which was founded in India in 2018, will continue to operate independently but be able to further develop its products through Juniper’s resources and industry experience.
This latest development from Constellation comes after its Vela Software division announced the acquisition of travel packaging software business Peakwork in April.
In the same month, Constellation announced an undisclosed investment in Roibos, a marketplace for hotels and travel operators, via its VMS Ventures division.
