Earlier this year EaseMyTrip acquired a controlling stake in hotel booking app CheQin with Pitti saying at the time that the company is focused on the growth of non-air segments.
The company listed on the Indian stock exchange BSE in 2021 and also acquired B2B hotels platform Traviate.
EaseMyTrip has also signaled a plan to raise funds to support the growth of the company through the issue of equity shares.
