Hotel management system specialist RoomRaccoon has acquired iHotelligence, a property management system, for an undisclosed amount.
In a statement, RoomRaccoon described the acquisition of the Ireland-based company as the “natural next step” in its journey to becoming a leader in hotel management software.

The Irish company was founded in 2012 and offers a property management system, a booking engine and channel manager. On top of its hotel management services, RoomRaccoon will now offer its dynamic pricing tools, upselling capabilities and housekeeping management software to iHotelligence customers.
RoomRaccoon, which was founded in 2017 and is based in the Netherlands, has further expansion plans for Europe and North America.
