Tobias Wann has stepped down from his position of global CEO of OYO Vacation Homes.
Wann was formerly CEO of Netherlands-based @Leisure Group, which was acquired by OYO for €360 million in May 2019.
A statement from OYO says Wann “moves on to pursue new opportunities” but remains with the company as a special advisor.
He will be replaced by Raj Kamal, who is promoted from his current role as chief operating officer.
Wann comments: “From building a strong business in the Netherlands, we’ve transitioned into a leading global vacation rental company by executing a successful buy and build strategy.”
During last year’s Phocuswright Europe Conference in Amsterdam, he shared how the OYO @Leisure deal had come together and touched on wider trends for vacation rental.
