Hotel tech provider Vouch has launched Bespoke by Vouch, a platform that enables guests to customize their hotel stay prior to arrival through targeted personalized offers.
Bespoke by Vouch is a pre-arrival extension of the company’s flagship guest experience platform. Its algorithm makes tailored recommendations to guests prior to arrival based on their profiles and preferences, according to Vouch.
Joseph Ling, founder and CEO of Vouch, says the pre-arrival experience “is often neglected.”
“Hotels today are facing a rise in guest demands while working through an unprecedented manpower crunch,” Ling says. “This is where we can support our hotel partners with reliable solutions to aid them in their efforts to provide a great guest experience
every single time.”
Founded in 2016, Vouch is headquartered in Singapore and has operations in South Korea, Indonesia, Vietnam and China. Vouch was a PhocusWire Hot 25 Startup for 2021.
The company raised a $1.1 million seed round in October 2021 led by Forge Ventures and angel investors.
Bespoke by Vouch enables hotels to earn incremental revenue through an upselling channel. Hotels maintain full control of pricing and inventory on offerings, including room upgrades, spa packages, food and beverage offers and third-party ancillary services.
In processing the transaction, the platform saves time for hotel staff, according to the company.

Bespoke by Vouch can collect guest information such as dietary restrictions, arrival time and purpose of stay. To ensure hotels
keep room inventory in check, Bespoke by Vouch is programmed to disable access for guests on the day of their arrival, ensuring no unexpected, last-minute requests for hotels, according to the company.
