Agilysys, a global provider of hospitality software
solutions and services, has acquired Book4Time in an all-cash transaction of $150 million.
Canada-based Book4Time offers spa management software and ancillary revenue for hotels, resorts and other types of properties in more than 100 countries worldwide. Book4Time is integrated with more than 60 technology providers, including property management systems and point-of-sale systems.
Agilysys said the acquisition will help it increase its solutions-per-customer penetration globally.
