Guesty, a property management software platform for the short-term rental and hospitality industry, has launched two new artificial intelligence-powered features -an AI Assistant website builder and ReviewSmart AI. In July the company launched an AI tool to automate guest communications - ReplyAI.
Guesty’s AI Assistant enables property managers to create websites using generative AI to streamline the process, while ReviewSmart AI is an intelligent analytics tool that categorizes negative guest reviews into actionable insights.
To ensure a consistent positive guest experience, ReviewSmart AI organizes customer feedback into key categories including noise, cleanliness, check-in, communication and guest expectations. This allows property managers to identify and address issues along with track and trend an improved quality of service.

In addition, this new tool saves time by automating the review analysis process and empowers property managers to make data-driven decisions that enhance operations for increased guest satisfaction.

The company said since the beta launch, the AI assistant has been adopted by 25% of
Guesty’s website builder users and ReviewSmart AI is one of the platform’s more
popular dashboards among its advanced users.
In April Guesty raised $130 million in Series F funding.
