Panache Cruises was a new business seeking a partner to help us build a website easily and also provide us with a customer relationship management system.
Without the correct solution in place we would not have been able to launch our business on time and our customer service provision wouldn’t have been as slick and appealing.
We explored a number of solutions electing to work with travel CRM software specialist TProfile, which we discovered through our connection with cruise content specialist Widgety and felt was the best option for our business.
Priorities
We needed a customizable consumer website platform and a CRM system that delivered excellent documentation to our customers. The process took around two months to get our initial requirements developed, tested and live.
We are now continuing to work on other areas in order to improve the functionality.
Our marketing director led the project with support from others in the business, liaising with Tony and the rest of the TProfile team.
Our website sits on TProfile technology, and we use the CRM system on a daily basis to communicate with our customers.
Our sales department uses the CRM and our marketing team uses the back end system to update the website with the latest offers from our cruise line partners.

Panache Cruises had been looking for a quotes system that worked for it and looked right from a design perspective for a luxury brand.
Many systems available looked right but were too complex and not easy to use. TProfile was chosen because of the way it has been designed and built, ensuring that it delivered for our sales people.
This is key with any system. To get your teams to use it you need to ensure that it’s easy to use.
The ability to simplify quotes for the end consumer is also critical. Quotes should be enticing and jargon free and easy to follow from a customer perspective.

TProfile created a consumer website, ensuring we have a reliable and accurate CRM that produces quotes and other documents for our customers. The system provides customers with accurate, well-presented and reliable documents.
Using TProfile has helped to make the business and our teams more efficient and they are are now able to handle more enquiries.
We believes that the interactive online quote solution has been a key enabler to Panache Cruises selling £10 million of luxury and ultra-luxury cruise holidays in the first two years of trading.
We also feel the speed of the system and enhanced client engagement functionality helps us to react quickly to quotes and helps us to increase conversions.
What’s next?
We are looking to grow significantly over the next five years to become the U.K’s biggest seller of luxury and ultra-luxury cruises. We are talking to TProfile about continuing our journey through its tech enhancements that enable us to continue to personalize our customer engagement.
