It seems as though every time I refresh my LinkedIn feed, I see a new post about ChatGPT - or generative AI more broadly - and how it may impact the travel industry, both in terms of internal operations and in how consumers search, book and experience trips.
We've run two stories on ChatGPT in the past month - here and here - and both have garnered record page views. There seems to be an insatiable hunger for perspectives, tips and general discussion about this AI-powered chatbot that - let's remember - only launched November 30.
To help us dig into some of the use cases and how this technology could change travel, we've invited three industry leaders to join us for PhocusWire's first LinkedIn Audio Event, taking place February 23 at 11 a.m. EST.
Joining us will be Expedia Group's senior vice president and chief architect Rajesh Naidu, Microsoft's global director of travel, transportation and hospitality Shane O'Flaherty and Kayak co-founder and serial entrepreneur Paul English.
This event is being hosted on Phocuswright's LinkedIn page - click here to register to attend.
The event is audio-only, and those listening have the option to "raise your hand" to request to ask a question or make a comment. We hope to make this a very engaging discussion!
