AnyPlace was born out of frustration from its CEO and founder with the hassles around long-term contracts for rentals.
This was compounded by the need to arrange furnishings, utilities and other elements required by travelers looking for a stay longer than 30 days.
The emerging trend around digital nomads and the combining work with leisure trips has forced many companies to emerge or rethink how they service customers with new requirements, especially since the COVID-19 pandemic.
There's a lot of work to do behind the scenes to capture this demand, not least around distribution and marketing, as well as forging partnerships with the players in the industry that already serve business travelers, such as travel management companies.
