Robotaxis have hit the headlines in recent weeks with car
manufacturers and technology companies announcing trials in various cities
across the United States.
Some in travel however see a huge opportunity to use autonomous
vehicles to open up a new segment in tours and activities.
The vehicles could be used for anything from branded experiences
put together by hotels and other travel and hospitality companies to daylong
personalized sightseeing trips taking in a number of stops including for food and
drink.
