PhocusWire coverage:
Strategic goals for 2022
NoiseAware is committed to smart growth in 2022 by focusing on key markets and partnerships.
We want to lead the "Resolution Revolution," by unlocking the in-stay guest experience for property managers. Our goal is to resolve 100% of guest-to-guest noise related issues happening at their property completely and remotely while remaining privacy-safe.
Neighbors and guests shouldn't be responsible for noise monitoring and onsite staff shouldn't be put in unsafe situations when NoiseAware can do the work. It’s that simple.
Lessons learned over the last year
The change in travel patterns in 2020 proved definitively that noise is one of the top disruptors of guest experience in hospitality. Our pilot with the City of La Quinta, California, completed in June 2021, provided independent validation that our solution can resolve over 95% of guest issues.
This means no staff involvement at any hour of the day in less than 30 minutes.
We plan to leverage this data as we work with local governments, OTAs and recognizable brands to broaden the adoption of noise measurement as a foundational tool.
In addition, we've proven that guests can enjoy their experience while maintaining moderate noise levels without disturbing neighbors and are receptive to polite reminders about quiet hours.
