Next year our strategic goals are to finalize an investment round, hire new colleagues, finalize horizontal product development and add product upgrades, create higher partner direct integrations and many, many more.
Lessons learned over the last year
Everyone has to be completely aware what the company goals are, so they are able to decide for themselves and work independently on their tasks knowing what the priorities are without being micromanaged.
You cannot depend on the clients to tell
you what they want, as they often don't know or are inclined to keep their wants conservative. As a company offering an innovative product, you have to be able to direct your clients toward innovation and modernization by being able to show how and
why your product works and how it will help your client long-term.
You have to be the expert in the field. When the product is a new type of technology, it is quite hard to persuade your (potential) clients why they need it or should implement
it. By being considered and respected as an expert you are able to establish their trust in the process and results, which may take a little bit longer to achieve. But patience is the key in success. Keep things simple.
